Printable Valentine Freebie

This is my first mini Valentine's Day Party Package.  I was planning to have a giveaway, but do the the low response in entries, I have decided to make this a printable download via Scribd.  The requirement to sign up to follow my blog isn't necessary. Just click, download and get to cutting....

This is DIY printable that you can easily make for a small Valentine's Day Celebration.  The package includes a LOVE pennant banner, 12 cupcake toppers, and 4 napkin/silverware wraps in an elegant black/white damask and red polka dot design.
I highly recommend printing these on white cardstock.  They are PDF files, and formatted to print on 8.5 x 11 size paper.  I was able to carve out a little time in order to make the pennant banner and it turned out really cute....see?
